UFMA ADVISORY BOARD
This Board has been forming gradually since May 2024 — without fanfare, but with a clear understanding of how vital strategic guidance, business networking, and reputational strength are for the Ukrainian Food Manufacturers Alliance. Each member is not only a high-level expert, but also someone who genuinely cares about Ukraine’s place on the global map.
Alla Lopatkina
Chair of the Advisory Board.
Ukrainian-American entrepreneur, founder of Nortia Logistics Inc and the charitable organization UA Resistance (USA), and producer of the Phoenix Art Project at Burning Man 2023. Thanks to our partnership with Alla, UFMA opened its Chicago office in 2024. Her superpower is bringing people together around strong ideas, building lasting relationships, inspiring action — and always thinking ten steps ahead.

Olha Mandyuk
Executive Director, Canada-Ukraine Chamber of Commerce (CUCC).
Under Olha's leadership, UFMA’s trade mission to Canada took place in May 2024. Since then, our strategic partnership has grown stronger, supporting Ukrainian brands on their way to the North American market.

Olga Trofimtseva
AgriFood Lead at the Ukrainian Facility Platform, PhD in Agricultural Sciences, former Acting Minister of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine.
She provides strategic navigation for Ukraine’s agri-food sector — especially in entering the EU markets — and serves as a trusted advisor and ambassador with a long-term vision.

Iryna Pshenna
CEO and Co-founder of MindCapitalPro.
With over 30 years of experience in finance, investment banking, and real estate, Iryna supports us in developing strategic partnerships in the U.S. and launching Ukraine’s first incubator for food manufacturers. She believes in Ukraine as a land of solutions — and teaches us to think big.

Yuliia Popovych
Managing Partner at Attorneys Association Jus Collegium, Chairwoman of the Public Procurement Committee, Polish-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce.
With over 20 years of experience in law and public administration, Yuliia combines strategic thinking with genuine empathy — bridging the worlds of business and public policy.
For the Alliance, she supports advocacy and regulatory work aimed at simplifying legal and trade barriers for Ukrainian producers — both in Ukraine and abroad.

Gauthier Vasseur
Director, UC Berkeley Fisher Center for Business Analytics.
In 2024, with Gauthier’s support, UFMA and partners delivered an acceleration program at UC Berkeley Haas School of Business for 33 Ukrainian food producers.
